Apply Ceramide Protection in the morning and/or evening before applying your skincare cream. Twist open the capsule cap or cut it off with scissors. Squeeze the contents out of the capsule and apply to the skin using your fingertips. Paying special attention to lines and wrinkles, gently massage the delicate formula into the skin.
